All limousine trips must have a credit card to hold the trip with a deposit of $50 for each leg of the trip paid in advance.
To CANCEL the trip you must efax us at 1-919-640-1137. You must fax us 14 days in advance to cancel the trip or the $100 deposit will be withheld. All trips are based one pickup one drop, all other will be charged at $20 to $50 per stop.
* Cruise transfers are one-way non-stop transportation. Any stops during a transfer will add an additional charge. Pickup or drop off locations located outside the Greater Houston Metro area are subject to additional charges.
Waiting time begins 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time on departures. After 30 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting time charges are assessed at the respective hourly rate.
* $10 surcharge for arrivals after 10 p.m.
* Tolls: $1.00 per toll added to charges

CANCELLATION POLICY: All limousine trips must have a credit card number to hold the trip. To receive a full refund you must cancel the trip "14 days" prior to the trip. Your card will be charged $100.00 after the 14 day grace period.
